Phase 1 builds the platform: the foundation that removes the spreadsheets and structures the process. Phase 2 activates the agent layer on top of it.

The agents are not an option added after the fact — they are the reason the project exists. Both phases sit under a single contractual commitment and a single fixed fee.

The scoping workshops are part of the contractual scope, financed by the advance paid at signature. They produce the arbitrated scope, the validated management rules, and the integration permissions — the decisions the build depends on.
Les ateliers de cadrage font partie du périmètre contractuel, financés par l'avance versée à la signature. Ils produisent le périmètre arbitré, les règles de gestion validées et les autorisations d'intégration — les décisions dont dépend la construction.
Payment follows delivery: an advance at signature, a milestone at go-live after acceptance, the balance at the end of hyper-care.

The code is yours — an asset, not a subscription

The source code is delivered in a private Git repository and belongs to the client from delivery. Recurring costs pay for services — hosting, monitoring, support — not for the right to use the software.
Le code source est livré dans un dépôt Git privé et appartient au client dès la livraison. Les coûts récurrents rémunèrent des services — hébergement, supervision, support — pas un droit d'usage du logiciel.

The client can take the hosting back at any time: code, data, infrastructure definitions and runbooks are handed over. Stopping the services does not make the tool disappear.

Every capability carries an automation level — automated, semi-automated, or human — as configuration, not code. Changing it is a logged setting, not a redeployment.
Chaque capacité porte un niveau d'automatisation — automatisé, semi-automatisé ou humain — comme une donnée de configuration, pas du code. Le faire évoluer est un paramétrage tracé, pas un redéploiement.
A capability earns more autonomy when the measured trust justifies it: the rate at which its proposals are accepted without correction. A monthly review of a sample of agent decisions governs that progression.

The architecture is decoupled from the generative-model vendor: the engine can change without rewriting the platform. Data sent to the AI engine is neither retained nor reused to train third-party models.
